I went to Crystal Flower Health and Wellness in Flower mound because my hands go numb about 4-5 times a day due to excessive work (I’m a welder). I received 1 thirty minute medical grade red light therapy session, and my hands have not gone numb since. This was 4 1/2 days ago. Incredible!

I started red light therapy here a couple of weeks ago for my knee pain. I'm only halfway through treatment and already feeling significant improvement! I have much less pain, and I can get up and down off the floor with ease. I have a very active lifestyle, and now that I have found Crystal Flower and red light therapy, I don't see myself slowing down anytime soon! I realize that the relief may not last forever since, well, aging and life happens, but I'm excited to include red light therapy, when needed, in my maintenance and wellness routine.

This review is overdue! I was looking for quality vitamins & supplements locally and was excited to see they carry Pure Encapsulation. The cheap stuff is just throwing money away. Since then I've met Sean (shop owner) who has been helpful in providing an additional solution to keep me running with Red Light Therapy. I've had a series of treatments and it has been beneficial in speeding up recovery and helping with some ongoing pain issues I have had. If you are in the Flower Mound/Lakeside area I recommend that you check them out!

I have had 6 red light treatments for my polyneuropathy. By the 4th treatment I noticed a great improvement. I can't said enough as to how it has improved my quality of life. Outstanding products. I went in for their red light therapy treatment, originally went in with level 5-6 pain and left with a level of 2. Can't wait for my second treatment. Highly recommend this therapy coming from a licensed massage practitioner!
